I think it would be really useful and interesting for everyone to hear about all the different departments Cadence has. This would help to understand the career growth options on a deeper level and demystify our teams to Associates!

Hey hey Laura I don't know if you all still have the department introduction session during your onboarding program? I believe I had the session with each department head during my onboarding. Just curious about it and let me know if you need any help about it! :)

Hii Bing! I don't think we had a proper introduction with everyone and now thinking about the possible growth paths here at Cadence that would be quite useful to have an insight
