Suggestion to include cancellation policies, as outlined in the schedule document typically uploaded on the Schedule of Services page, on the 'Prices & Services'/'About This Schedule' tab. While arguably most cancellation policies are similar across accounts, there are some nuances and differences still, and I think operations team can save time in trying to confirm the cancellation policy for the particular client account, by having it listed on the schedule of services page directly.

When creating a Request, we have four options: Calls & Meetings, Document Translation, Transcription, Bespoke. We should use that same structure for our Schedule tabs.

Currently, when we create a child request from a Parent, the project code field does not auto-populate with the project code from the Parent. If we could have it be auto-populated, this would be great for record keeping and save Caddies a lot of time when submitting jobs and AMs time when creating usage reports for specific projects.

"FAQs" appears as a related list on Salesforce accounts. But we phased out Knowledge a while ago, so it is possible that new joiners are wasting time navigating this list looking for answers that aren't meant to be there.

As an AM, when I approve jobs, I notice that a job will have the incorrect number of credits compared to the billable amount. A simple check in the 'Submit for approval' flow that alerts the Associate if "Credits Used" x "Active Credit Price" doesn't equal "Total Price" would save me from rejecting/editing a lot of jobs!
