We have several linguists who have been blacklisted over the years for specific accounts. However, some have proven their competence over time and received positive feedback from other clients, so it may be unfair to blacklist linguists permanently for specific accounts without a redeeming chance. Could we know what are some whitelisting protocols to look out for in allowing our linguists to get out of the blacklist eventually?

Alex D has been helping with LA scripts, but because he doesn't have a handover feature, scripts often overflow to other associates or stay unassigned and end up clogging up everyone's pipeline. It would be great if we can think of something to resolve this.

We're required to login to submit suggestions. But if we use " access@cadencetranslate.com " to login, that would allow us to effectively submit anonymous feedback.

Currently, all of the newer SAs have missing account names, contact names, and work types when viewing the report under the linguists' contact page

Currently, Events audio arrives in three different ways, necessitating multiple redundant steps and difficult training workflow for new associates. This is a problem which is solvable in cooperation with the GP ops team.

Suggestion that on the platform, you remove any reference to the word "Kensho" when referring to "machine transcription." Currently on the platform, "send to Kensho" and "assign to Kensho" mean 2 different things and it creates potential for error and confusion when training. Same with Sonix folders... "Kensho output for assignment" should be "Machine Transcription for assignment."

We need a more reliable resource than Nicholas K. for EN-JP. He (understandably) has limited hours available during the week, and certain weeks are largely unavailable due to school committments.
